The Right Tool for Every Conversation

In line with our brand promise , “PCM. The tool to make a daily difference,” we aim to use the Process Communication Model® to offer a toolkit for daily communication and interaction, as well as for personal self-management. We asked ourselves how our customers see this—how do they use PCM?

  • 77% report that they have found PCM helpful in some or many situations (n = 481). That's a good start, after all.
  • Two-thirds of those surveyed use PCM tools both at work and in their personal lives, while 29% use them exclusively at work.

We’ve often heard people say, “I was really able to improve my relationship (with my partner, my parents, or my children) using PCM.” Quite a few people have even used the word“save”in this context . That makes us happy, because

  • 54% actively use PCM in their personal relationships and are making a positive difference as a result.

If we now consider the contexts in which PCM is actively used, it becomes clear that PCM is a toolkit for interaction and self-management:

  • 66% actively shape their communication with PCM.
  • 61% use PCM in conflict situations.
  • 57% use PCM for work within their teams.
  • 43% use PCM in their leadership roles
  • 44% use PCM in their self-management.

And since these areas of application are essential across all industries, PCM is successfully used in many sectors, such as real estate, education and research, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitals, IT, finance, training and coaching, insurance, energy, the automotive industry, and many others.
