Enhance Coaching Processes with the Power of Self-Awareness
As a coach, you’re likely already using personality models to foster self-awareness. With PCM, you can apply these insights to your daily practice. You’ll help your coachees better understand what energizes them and where they tend to get stuck. It will also be easier for you to attune to their emotional needs.
They teach them:

After certification:

1.
Are you able to recognize behavioral patterns?
You recognize what lies behind the spoken words and help your coachee identify which patterns are sustainable and which ones consistently lead to negative consequences—especially under pressure.
2.
Coach with Greater Depth and Focus on Goals
You’ll get to the heart of motivation and behavior more quickly, without getting bogged down in analysis. You’ll listen more intently and observe through a new lens, enabling you to choose interventions that align with what’s really going on.
3.
Combine insight with conscious behavior
You help your coachees take responsibility for their own behavior and decisions in everyday life. From insight to decisions that make a difference every day.
4.
You remain aware of your influence during every coaching session
You deliberately manage your own behavior and consciously tailor your communication to your coachee’s preferred style and psychological needs.
