  • Get certified to conduct PCM seminars.
  • Teach your participants how to build genuine connections even under pressure.
  • Join a professional network of certified PCM trainers.

Help your participants develop the ability to make a difference every day

You’re surely already familiar with various personality models designed to promote self-awareness. With PCM, you’ll equip your participants with the skills to put these insights into practice every day. As an expert in the language and application of PCM, you’ll help them:

  • to better understand themselves and motivate themselves in a targeted way.
  • to interact more effectively with other people
  • and thus successfully avoid stress and misunderstandings.

After certification:

1.

Teach others how to harness the power of PCM

You not only help your participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves, but also equip them with the ability to steer conversations in a targeted way when misunderstandings arise. In this way, everyone involved works directly toward building positive relationships.

2.

Train with greater depth and a focus on results

Help your group delve deeper more quickly and make communication processes visible and open to discussion in the here and now. You’ll learn how to establish a solid connection as a facilitator, so that participants take personal responsibility and bring out the best in themselves and the entire team.

3.

Combine insight with conscious behavior

PCM can be combined with any other model or method. With PCM, you translate theory into observable behavior. No rigid thinking—just practical skills that strengthen collaboration in the long term.

4.

Can you maintain contact even when under pressure?

Do you notice during a seminar that communication is stalling or that your message isn't getting across as effectively as it could? With PCM, you can immediately recognize what's happening in the group's behavior and know exactly how to reestablish a genuine connection.
