Stefanie Köster, M.A. (b. 1974), studied psychology, education, linguistics, and geography at the universities of Würzburg (Germany) and Poitiers (France). Before becoming a full-time coach in 2010, she worked in geographical research, as an international relations officer, quality manager, and auditor for the Department of Lower Franconia, and as a project coordinator and consultant for the German Federal Program for Diversity and Tolerance. She taught soft skills, communication, and negotiation at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg/Schweinfurt.
She has lived in Canada and France and coaches in English and German, with a good working knowledge of French.
She is currently a self-employed business and leadership coach, specializing in leadership, neuroscience, and emotional coaching (addressing the emotional blocks that prevent you from reaching your full potential), self-management, emotional intelligence, communication, and negotiation.
Stefanie has worked with male and female leaders from various cultural backgrounds, politicians, expatriates, and HR specialists.
She is a certified coach and trainer for the Process Communication Model®, a wingwave® coach, an emTrace® Master Coach, a certified intercultural coach and trainer (JUBI), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the owner of the Vertikaner® model trademark.
