Language(s), culture, communication, and the resulting individual forms of collaboration and relationships have always been a passion of mine. For many years now, I have therefore seen myself as a supporter and translator in both my personal and professional lives.

My professional career began in the tourism industry, where I helped establish a local agency specializing in the Caribbean region at a young age, gaining extensive experience in recruiting, team building, personnel development, leadership, brand building, B2B, and B2C. In the years that followed, I worked in several countries, traveled to over 32 countries worldwide, managed a multilingual travel blog, and founded my own startup for independent travelers.

For several years, I have been working in consulting as a business consultant, coach, trainer, and behavioral analyst (Certified Profiler). Since 2019, through YUM Leadership GmbH, I have been supporting individuals, teams, and organizations with strategy, structure, and culture-related issues.
