I have been working as a coach since 1995. I was trained by one of the pioneers of coaching, co-founded the German Federal Coaching Association (DBVC), have published five books on coaching, and specialize in coaching executives in complex and challenging situations, as well as working professionals facing crises. A key methodological focus of my work is on individual values and attitudes. Drawing on my training in psychotherapy, I also draw from a rich array of therapeutic techniques.
