32 years in Swiss civil and military aviation (pilot, postgraduate degree in psychotherapy, deputy fleet manager for the MD-80, then head of human factors training at Swissair, AEA representative to the JAA in the development of regulations for human factors training for professionals in commercial aviation)
Based in New Zealand since 2003, originally invited to assist Air New Zealand with the introduction of the A320, then realizing that PCM was unknown in both New Zealand and Australia—which led us to sign an exclusive contract with Dr. Taibi Kahler in 2007 for PCM in these two countries. So since 2007 (both of us as PCM Master Trainers), we’ve been fully engaged in expanding a PCM trainer/coach network! And it’s a lot of fun!
