I follow my own path with a great deal of empathy, dedication, and a love for what I do.
For many years, I’ve been a campaign manager in the marketing department of a major German health insurance company, and as a side venture, I own a small Pilates studio. In both jobs, I deal extensively with communication—both directly and indirectly—and in doing so, I live out my motto with all my heart!
As an empath, one thing I’ve always been good at from the very beginning is connecting with people.
PCM has opened even more doors for me: I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of myself. And every day, I see the difference PCM can make by listening to HOW someone says something, which helps me better understand WHAT they mean. And that creates space for positive communication with one another.
And that’s exactly what I pass on as a PCM trainer!
