As a trained industrial engineer, I focused on bridge construction—among other things—from a technical perspective before my career path led me into top-level management consulting. Symbolically speaking, I have remained true to bridge-building, but I have increasingly dedicated myself to connecting and integrating traditional strategy consulting with systemic organizational development—that is, the content with the process, or the “what” with the “how.”
My enduring enthusiasm for this work means that every day I enjoy working with people to facilitate their transformation—both within and outside of organizations. In these processes, PCM enables and supports these individuals in a manner that is both pragmatic and multifaceted, helping them, on the one hand, to better understand themselves and others, and, on the other hand, to communicate more effectively with one another.
