I was first introduced to the Process Communication Model® in 2012 during a basic seminar. Afterward,
I had several “aha” moments. For example, I realized why I find it easier to communicate with certain people. And that all personality types are okay and have their strengths—even those with whom I find it difficult to communicate.
My career path to date has taken me to A1 Telekom Austria, Capgemini Austria, brainds Brands and Design, and ACP X-tech. Throughout this time, PCM has always been with me and has helped me shed light on the confusion caused by miscommunication in many situations.
In 2021, I successfully completed my training to become a certified PCM trainer. Since then, I’ve been guiding individuals, groups, and teams in companies on their PCM journey.
