I love the variety in my life. Because of my diverse range of activities, I’m constantly engaging with people and observing their behavior. I love spending my free time in nature, with my dogs, or playing sports.
I spent three wonderful and educational years at Danube University in Krems while pursuing my master’s degree. Along the way, I was offered a unique opportunity to complete hypnosystemic coaching training under my professor, coach, and mentor. And since I apparently hadn’t had enough training yet, I eventually also enrolled in a program to become a psychosocial counselor.
In my role as Sales & Development Manager—as well as a trainer and coach—I continuously support my employees and clients in their personal development. Here, I draw on my experience—including over 20 years in sales, my valuable training, and my life experience, both professional and personal. What I’ve learned during these not-always-easy times is definitely that successful and effective communication on an equal footing makes life more pleasant, easier, and more fulfilling for everyone involved.
