Module 1: “PCM in Coaching” Module

  • In the 3–4 weeks leading up to Module 1, there will be a written knowledge assessment to help participants prepare for and get acquainted with the content of Module 1.

Module 2: Supervision (online)

Module 3: Certification

Organizational Information:

  • Between Modules 1 and 3, four individual debriefings and, ideally, follow-up sessions or coaching sessions with four Friendly Users should be organized to practice applying the PCM in coaching.
  • The entire certification process is supervised by at least two PCM Master Trainers.
  • The exact times for the modules will be determined once the number of participants is known.
