2 days, October 5 & 6, 2026. We’ll meet on both days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Hotel Pöltner Hof in Weilheim.

After the PCM 2 – Advanced Seminar…

Pick up on signals even better

If you understand the six types of perception in PCM, you’ll be able to consciously recognize, understand, and make use of signals from your environment. This will allow you to identify stress or a lack of engagement and respond to them in real time.

Recognize Behavioral Patterns

You’ll develop a sense for distress and its typical behavioral patterns. Only by recognizing these behavioral patterns—which make constructive communication impossible—early on can you take effective countermeasures. That way, team conflicts won’t even arise in the first place.

Motivate in a more targeted way

Gain a better understanding of how each personality type within us has its own motivators and associated emotions. This will enable you to adapt your communication and behavior in a way that motivates employees in a long-term and sustainable manner.

In the PCM 2 – Advanced Seminar, you will learn:

  • How to Intervene and Prevent Destructive Behavior.
  • Analyze (written) communication and read between the lines.
  • To tailor your communication style specifically to the needs of others.
  • To recognize patterns of failure and avoid misunderstandings.
  • To prevent stress from escalating into conflict and to turn negativity into productivity.
  • How motivation can change over time and how you can guide it.
