The Certified PCM Trainer has been the perfect addition to my training and consulting portfolio. PCM is the ideal tool for conflict prevention. 

The fact that I wanted to complete my training to become a Certified Trainer with Uwe Reiner-Kolouch was a logical next step for me, since I had already experienced him as an outstanding trainer during the Advanced Seminar. 

The certification course in Munich turned out to be a great springboard for my own future training sessions. It was truly a “plug and train” type of training—I learned exactly what I needed to know from real-world experience for real-world application, which I can now put to use with my clients. 

Master trainers Uwe and Ulrike Günther systematically prepared us for client sessions in a relaxed atmosphere. We had to prepare and present randomly selected PCM components and respond to unexpected interventions from our fellow trainees. The video recording of our own performance facilitated further learning. The master trainers’ approach to feedback was, on the one hand, extremely systematic, yet it always left room for individual suggestions. 

A total of 3 valuable modules in an unpretentious, conveniently located setting in Munich.
