Certification as a PCM Trainer

So, after completing two advanced seminars, I naturally found myself enrolled in the trainer training program. What makes this trainer course special is that no one ever ends up in the role of a spectator. The fact that you’re immediately “on stage” is, for me, what adds value to this type of training. 

Mistakes are definitely allowed!

You’re allowed to make all kinds of mistakes, and you learn from those mistakes—or from the excellent performances of everyone else. The group is always there to support you. I’d like to extend my special thanks to the two (Master) Trainers, Uwe Reiner-Kolouch and Roman Frimmel. They make a great team. It’s very impressive how both of them, with such intense focus, pick up on even the smallest nuances and step in to correct them. To me, this is a clear sign that these two professionals understand how PCM works and know how to apply it effectively.
