The website also uses plug-ins from the social network YouTube. YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

These are all integrated in “enhanced privacy mode,” which means that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube unless you play the videos. Data is only transmitted to YouTube once you play the videos. We have no control over this data transmission.

When you play a YouTube video embedded on our site, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers. This informs the YouTube server which pages of the website you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing activity directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

The legal basis for the integration of the YouTube plug-in is our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consist of providing you with an appealing and user-friendly presentation of our website.

For more information on how user data is handled, please see YouTube's Privacy Policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

You may have the right to request the erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data if, for example, there is no longer a legitimate business purpose for such processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy or applicable law, and statutory retention requirements do not preclude erasure.

Right to Data Portability:

You may have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to transmit this data to another data controller.

Right to withdraw your consent:

If you have consented to the collection and processing of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up until the time of withdrawal.
