(a) SECTION FOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS
- As part of our Certified Professionals section, we collect (i) certain personal information from you (i.e., your username, name, address, VAT ID number, date of birth, gender, email address, website address, and phone number), (ii) your qualifications (i.e., your specific professional skills and areas of expertise, as well as your certification status as a Master Trainer, Senior Trainer, Trainer, or Coach), and (iii) your website address and the phone number at which your clients can reach you.We process the aforementioned master data and qualifications in order to carry out our collaboration with you as a Certified Professional. The legal basis for this is the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- We also process your web address and phone number—which customers can use to contact you—in order to make this information available on the website under the “Find a Trainer” section. If you do not wish this to happen, you can disable this feature at any time using the corresponding settings in the login area. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). (b) NOTIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS

We collect your name, email address, and the content of your message when you submit an inquiry to us via our contact form. If you voluntarily provide additional personal information, we will also collect that personal data. We process this personal data to handle and respond to your inquiry submitted via the contact form.
The legal basis for this is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
