As a trained baker and pastry chef who later completed an apprenticeship as a train conductor (now known as a customer service representative), I have firsthand experience with the dual education system and working in both small and large companies. I have been with SBB for more than 35 years, including over 20 years in various roles within the education sector.
I hold a Master of Applied Sciences (MAS) in Gerontology from the Bern University of Applied Sciences. I have been a certified PCM trainer for many years. PCM still fascinates me just as much as it did on the first day. For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct seminars and training sessions using PCM. The target audience has included executives, employees, teams, high-potential talent, and individuals.
