You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Kahler Communication – KCG GmbH, Andreas-Schmidtner-Straße 46 b, 82362 Weilheim, Germany, phone number: +49 881 48 99, email address: info@kcg-pcm.de, fax number: +49 881 634 97) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, email, or fax). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website at https://kcg-pcm.de/widerrufsbelehrung/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
