TEST In-Person Open Forum #3 in Zurich – PCM and Beyond (September 29–30, 2025)

PCM Live & In-Person – Share, learn and grow  together!

Since the Open Forum concept was very well received last year, we are bringing it back this year and offering three in-person events in Munich, Zurich, and Vienna.

The planned content is as follows:

"LS Seminars and Group Debriefings Using the LS Profile"

• Target audience: Certified PCM trainers
• Using the LS Profile in Executive Groups and Seminars
• How do I conduct a debriefing with a group of executives?

"An Insight into the 'Berlin Model'—a fusion of PCM and valuable methods from coaching and therapy"

• Target audience: Anyone interested in improving their self-management skills, as well as certified PCM coaches
• The Balance Model for Identifying Coaching Topics as a Complement to the PCM Profile
• Expanding My Repertoire as a Coach
• Improving my own self-management and that of my coachees

"373 cards! What now?"

• Target audience: Certified PCM coaches and trainers who (would like to) work with the cards from the PCM Training Kit
• Discover a few new ways to use the cards from the training kit as ground anchors—both in coaching and in training (e.g., with teams)
• Sharing personal experiences and exchanging good ideas.

Organizational Matters

• 1.5 days in-person / 10 to 30 participants
• Cost: 590,– net, including the seminar room, refreshments in the seminar room, and lunch on both days
• Registration & Payment via the KCG Shop

Counted toward the Q criterion for continuing education
