This workshop focuses on the practical application of the Leadership Package, the LS Profile, and the Team Overview Profile

Contents:

• Use of seminar materials (seminar handbook, profile, etc.) in professional development programs or leadership seminars
• Is it possible to design modular programs (in-person, homework, and live online)?
• Use of the LS Profile in working with executives and their teams or with leadership teams
• The Team Overview Profile and the opportunities it offers for working with leaders, their teams, and in consulting processes—for example, on the topic of (leadership) culture
• Tips for Selling the Leadership Package
• Sharing experiences with one another
