Online Workshop September 30, 2026 – Session 1: “Phase Transitions – Recognized, Experienced, and Reflected Upon.”
One topic that consistently interests and inspires participants, coachees, and even PCM-certified trainers and coaches is the topic within the topic. Or, in short, the phase transition. After all, while this transition brings about changes in the “WHY” of a person’s life, much of the “HOW” of our personality remains unchanged. In this workshop, we’ll take a very practical look at this—delving into it and examining it from every angle!
