  • Application of the Balance Model in Coaching as a Complement and Extension of the PCM Toolkit

  • Confidence in identifying and addressing the various areas of life
  • Effective Use of Proven Strategies as Immediate Interventions in the Coaching Process
  • even in cases of current, ongoing daily stress and chronic health issues
  • and if you can't figure it out using PCM alone.

Prerequisites / Target Audience

  • For all PCM-certified coaches who want to explore, address, and stabilize their own life balance and/or that of their coachees in a (more) professional manner.
  • Openness to one’s own development and to supporting the development processes of coachees

Your time commitment

  • Total duration of the training program: approximately 3 months
  • 3.5 days of training (online)
  • 8 hours of peer group work
  • 4 hours of self-study & reflection
  • 3 self-guided coaching sessions

Organizational Matters

  • Zoom / at least 8 participants, max. 12 participants
  • Investment: 900 (plus VAT)
  • Optional: One-on-one sessions with Karl, Michael, or Rainer (EUR 150 per hour)
  • Counted toward the Q criterion for continuing education
