Online Workshop November 23, 2026 – Session 1: “Online Debriefings, Coaching Sessions, and Training with the MIRO Board”

If there’s one thing that has stuck around from the COVID-19 era, it’s the use of online formats for client meetings, coaching sessions, and training. One approach that has proven very effective in our experience is working with online whiteboards. The ability to work with an infinitely large canvas is helpful not only for PCM debriefings and coaching sessions but also very practical for the occasional online workshop.

Since we've had a pretty good experience with MIRO, we'd like to share our insights in this online workshop. Of course, you can also use all the workshop content with other online whiteboards.

• Using the MIRO Board in Individual Debriefings and Coaching Sessions
• Using PCM profiles, notes from coaching sessions, and PowerPoint in Miro
• Using the Miroboard in Online Training Sessions – Using the Cards from the PCM Training Kit
• Use of all templates, boards, and cards from the Training Kit in your own online work
• We share our experiences and look forward to exchanging ideas
