Online Workshop December 9, 2026 – Session 2: “AI in Training. Why Do We Still Need Trainers When We Have AI Anyway?”
AI is now on its way to taking over every aspect of life. As a result, AI is also making its way into our work as trainers. Here, we’ll share our current experiences working with AI in the training field, show you the possibilities AI offers, and explain how we can use AI as a helpful tool to make our work easier and more professional.
Let me get two things out of the way right off the bat:
- The following content is subject to change. Because AI is advancing so rapidly right now, so much can happen in just 1–2 months that we will need to update the content—and especially the examples. And:
- We’re not experts who claim to know everything about AI; we simply want to share our experiences with you, show you the possibilities AI offers, and point out some of its limitations. We’re also curious to hear about our colleagues’ experiences with AI.
