PCM Card Set: Personality Types

The six PCM type cards show the personality type on the front in its respective color. On the back, you’ll find the key characteristics of the personality type as well as tips—broken down into the categories “Interaction,” “Motivation,” and “Distress.”

This makes the card set two things: It serves as a simple tool for

• to set up the various PCM architectures during seminars, coaching sessions, or debriefings and work with them (in teams or one-on-one during debriefings),
• to be customized with your own logo sticker as a “paper-based ‘app’” and thus serve as a nice giveaway for participants or coachees, or as a small gift for seminar attendees, or

That’s because the six cards are stored in an envelope with enough space on the back for a sticker (logo, address, etc.) that can represent your company. This makes the card set a great combination of educational material and a high-quality marketing tool.

All cards and the envelope are laminated on both sides, making them washable with a damp cloth and extremely durable.
