Thank-You Cards – So You'll Never Be at a Loss for Words to Show Your Appreciation! (German)

With this set of cards, you’ll never be at a loss for the right words to express a genuine and heartfelt “thank you” to anyone—regardless of their personality type. After all, genuine appreciation resonates with every level of our personality. We’re not just “Base” and “Phase,” after all.

The cards are designed as traditional postcards so that they can be used not only in (team) seminars, in one’s own leadership work, or in coaching sessions, but also sent by mail. This, too, can be a nice touch, for example, after a team workshop.

The set of thank-you cards —bundled together with a ribbon—includes:

• Four cards per PCM type— 24 postcards in total
• The front page contains the acknowledgments.
• The back side includes a more detailed description of the “Thank you” on the front. In crafting this description, we took particular care to ensure that the full power of the recognition of the underlying character strengths, as well as the positive aspects of the psychological need and the developmental goal (from childhood), is expressed.
• On the back, the three key features of each PCM type are also printed very discreetly, along with the address field for mailing the card.
• The cards are postcard-sized (DIN A6, 10.5 x 14.8 cm) and printed in four colors.
• The cards can be used with or without a PCM reference and serve as an ideal tool for sparking PCM newbies' interest in PCM.

These thank-you cards focus on appreciation and recognition of the whole person. Through them, we show how powerful a genuine and heartfelt “thank you” can be—both for oneself and for others—and how easy it is to express, simply through communication and with the right inner attitude.
