Behavior Cards

The Behavior Cards are a small but delightful game for practicing

  • the use of communication channels when establishing contact or in OK-OK communication,
  • mitigating triggering behaviors through channel and perception type,
  • interaction styles and for practice
  • the satisfaction of needs as a way out of distressing behavior.

This issue includes a special typo-hunting puzzle. Have fun looking for them!

In addition, the cards can be very helpful for self-reflection on one’s own behavior in a coaching and/or training setting.
